Our Story

From The Think is built by Jack and Grant, two friends who wanted to make a fun start to your day.

The idea started the way a lot of good ideas do: over food, talking about things we already liked. In our case, it was at a Mexican restaurant in Atlanta, where we were talking about daily games, trivia, guessing, and why those little one-minute games are so easy to send to friends. They are simple, but they give you something to think about, argue about, laugh about, and pass along.

That became the idea behind From The Think.

We started with Timeline, a game where you guess six dates in a row and try to get as close as possible. Then came Headline, where you read a real headline and guess where it came from. Then came Moneyline, our over-under game built around random facts, numbers, and lines that make you stop and think for a second.

Our goal was never to make hardcore trivia. We wanted the games to be daily, bite-sized, and easy for anyone to play. You do not need to know every answer. The fun is in making a guess, seeing how close you were, and walking away having learned a little something.

Since launching on January 31, From The Think has grown into something much bigger than we expected. More than 10,000 people now play each day, with over 300,000 total plays and counting. Even better, we have heard from teachers in classrooms across America who start their day with the games, and from friend groups who use them to stay connected, reconnect, or just have something fun to send around.

That is what we care about most.

From The Think is still a small passion project built by two people who love games, learning, and the way a good question can bring people together. We are going to keep building, keep improving, and keep trying to make the internet a little more fun, one daily game at a time.
